"Our company is franchising nationally to 30 new reps per month and we expect 300 by year's end. How can we maintain our brand and get stationery products out to all of them quickly?"

Kellie Morris from Freedom Tax Advisors had a dilemma. She was bogged down with trying to get stationery to the dozens of tax advisors they were adding per month. And before the end of this year, they promise to have about 300 reps nationally.

She lamented that all of her time would be spent ordering these materials from a local printer. Already she was going back and forth (and back and forth again!) with proofs and revisions. After considerable time, she finally had to ship the materials out to the reps herself. On top of that, the materials needed to look uniform using the familiar eagle and flag of Freedom Tax branding.

Jigsaw Print Communications came to the rescue. We created a mini-website that had the look and feel of their corporate website. It was linked from their main website as well. So all of their reps could get to the ordering pages with ease. Once there, each rep could choose among the corporate approved stationery designs, customize it all with their own information, and with one click could view a proof! Then, they either make changes or hit the "submit" button.

We produced materials within days, not weeks. We ship and fulfill the order, and even handle credit card payments on-line.

In fact, at this point, Kellie doesn't have to handle a thing. Now she can concentrate on trade shows, attracting new reps to the company, and all the things she's supposed to do to grow the company.

Jigsaw was to design a total compensation statement that would not only gel with the Sykes global branding, but would provide the employee with a clear understanding of just how much their benefits are worth and detailed their enrollment options. Sykes had a strict budget to adhere to and was considering all black and white printing. However, (within budget) Jigsaw was able to produce a full color statement, a sealed envelope for confidentiality, a quick reference card for important phone numbers, and a matching dry erase board for employees to hang on their refrigerators at home!

The project went through without any problems and Sykes was ecstatic with the outcome. Terri looked like a hero to her superiors for finding the solution with Jigsaw.
